The Conference Programme Committee for the 21st Annual Conference of the ESC invites you to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Programme Committee. All accepted abstracts will be published electronically. Important requirement
PRESENTING AUTHORS OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS MUST PRE-REGISTER AND PAY FOR THE CONFERENCE BY THE EARLY BIRD DEADLINE (01 JUNE 2021). Only fully registered delegates can present at the conference and will have their abstracts included in the programme.
Each participant is limited to one presentation as first author (for oral or poster presentation), but may be co-author of other presentations. Note: Abstracts which are a part of a Pre-arranged Panel Session are excluded from this limitation. Please keep your abstract short (maximum 1500 characters, with spaces). We encourage participants to submit Pre-arranged Panel Sessions whenever possible in order to ensure a proper distribution of abstracts in the Final Programme.
ESC Working Groups that wish to organize a meeting during the conference should submit this as a normal thematic panel of their working group. The title should clearly label it as a working group meeting and the abstract should provide relevant information to the conference participants. Authors could be the working group chairs. This information will be included in the final program.
Roundtable sessions can be submitted as a single thematic panel with or without papers clearly identifying it as a roundtable in the title. The organizer should at least be included as the author of that panel. Participating discussants could also be included as authors for that panel.
All submissions must be in English, the official language of EUROCRIM 2021. All presentations based on accepted abstract submissions must be made in English. Please use your academic e-mail address when you enter your personal data.
Each presenting author is responsible for the payment of the registration fee(s), as well as travel and accommodation costs.
Presenting authors should respect the programme's schedule (no changes will be made).
Participants should plan to attend the whole meeting. Presentations are scheduled from 8 September, 2021 until 11 September, 2021.
Presenting authors unable to attend the EUROCRIM 2021 may be substituted by a co-author. In case of impossibility, please inform as soon as possible the organizers using the email address abstracts.eurocrim2021@drept.unibuc.ro.
